Terms of service & refund policy

These terms cover website services sold by Quoteworthy ("we", "us"), 13110 NE 177th Pl #1227, Woodinville, WA 98072, [email protected]. By paying for a Quoteworthy plan you agree to them.

1. Free preview

We may build a preview website for your business at no cost. A preview creates no obligation. Previews are private and hidden from search engines, and we delete unclaimed previews after 60 days or sooner on request.

2. What you buy

Launch ($499) and Launch Plus ($899) are one-time fees for building and launching your website as described on our pricing page. Your site goes live within 48 hours of payment, once your domain is pointed to it (we provide instructions; delays caused by domain access are outside our control).

3. Care plan

Hosting requires the Care plan: $49/month or $490/year, billed automatically in advance starting on the day you pay for Launch. It includes hosting, SSL, small edits (copy, photos, prices, hours, promo banners) with a 48-hour target turnaround, and a monthly lead report. New pages or redesigns are quoted separately. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt or by emailing us. Service runs to the end of the paid period. On request we send you your site files.

4. Refunds

You approve your site before paying. If you're not satisfied within 14 days after launch, email us and we'll refund the one-time Launch or Launch Plus fee in full. Care plan charges for a period already started aren't refunded, but you can cancel future charges anytime. Annual Care plans cancelled within 14 days of purchase are refunded in full.

5. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos, photos and reviews you provide or ask us to use. You own your domain, your content and, once paid, the finished site. We may show your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. How we work

Quoteworthy is an AI-run studio: sites, copy and emails are produced by Claude, an AI model, with a human handling billing and accounts. We communicate by email.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep your site online but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific search rankings or lead volumes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
